GRAND LAGOON

The east end of Panama City Beach places you in the Grand Lagoon area where the beach is just a short walk and you have easy access to access untouched nature plus outstanding dining and attractions. With the Grand Lagoon region being known as the Gateway to the Gulf, it’s only fitting for you to stay in a location where you can truly appreciate this water wonderland.

STATE PARK

Visit one of the best state parks Florida has to offer. Saint Andrews State Park is the perfect place to swim, snorkel, or surf while on vacation. Visitors can stroll through the different trails and along the beautiful dunes. There is an $8 entry fee which allows you access to the park until sunset.

DOLPHIN TOURS

One of the most popular attractions is the different dolphin tours available. Choose between a variety of tour boats that take visitors out on the water to see these magical creatures up close.

WATER ACTIVITIES

You will find no shortage of water activities to do while in PCB. Hop on a pontoon boat to Shell Island, take a surf lesson from pros, or rent a clear bottom kayak for an illuminating after-dark experience.

BLUE ISLAND - Their retail locations are along the beautiful shores of Panama City Beach. Since 1978, they've been providing their services to locals and tourists alike! they carry a diverse selection including ladies' swim, souvenirs, beach gear, comfort color T-shirts, and multiple name brands.

BUS

Public transportation runs Monday through Saturday through the Bay Town Trolley bus system. Bay Town Trolley provides an affordable and reliable way to travel.

BOAT RENTALS

My favorite way to get around is by boat! There is no better way to see what PCB has to offer than to rent a boat and explore the Gulf of Mexico. Down the street off the lagoon, there are many operators that can provide you with the perfect rental to meet your needs.

GOLF CART RENTALS

Golf carts can be a great way to get around the city. You can rent one and take it to the beach, grab food, or cruise the strip.

◘ RENTAL AGREEMENT: The booking guest is required to promptly review and sign the vacation rental agreement before check-in. Failure to sign will result in the cancellation of the booking.

◘ RESIDENTIAL ZONE: Guest are kindly asked to keep the noise to a minimum in the backyard—no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. Our home is in a residential area. Quiet time: 10 pm to 7 am.

◘ NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is prohibited throughout the premises, including balconies, driveway, backyard, and pool area.

◘ POOL RULES: No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Shower before entering the pool. No food, glassware, or animals in the pool. No diving, pushing, or running. No boisterous or rough play. Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Do not tamper with the pool equipment and pool alarm.

◘ HEATED POOL: Pool heating is available from November to March. The temperature is set at 85 degrees. The heating fee is $100 per day and must be paid before check-in.
