10 out of 10! We had 10 in our party for a week in Panama City. We absolutely loved this property! Plenty of space to enjoy time with the group and enough room to have privacy when desired. Best viewes and wonderful location! The property was exactly as described and laid out perfectly for our family/ friend vacation. Everyone had their own space and we all loved the game room. Did not lack for anything, the place was spotless, and the hot tub and sauna were a great touch! Instructions and communication with the host were extremely easy and they were quick to help out with any issues, and make local recommendations. We visit this area every year, sometimes twice a year, and the views from this property were by far the best we have ever experienced! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful and private enough to truly relax. The house itself was stunning: beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home, but better! And the view… wow. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The house was very nice and just as described.The kitchen is smaller than expected & there is no pantry space so all groceries have to sit on the counters.The game room is a separate room outside of the main house, you have to go outside to access it.. The floors were filthy upon arrival. I'm not talking about sand, our feet were black within 10 minutes of walking barefoot. We had to buy house shoes the floors were so dirty. The 3rd floor master bed had sand in between the flat and fitted sheet the first night we arrived. When I messaged the host, I received a response that we got the bed dirty by allowing kids to jump on the bed or putting our luggage on the bed. Neither of those happened, it was not washed before we arrived. The house was beautiful, the hosts were very responsive but it was not very clean at all upon arrival. The house is well stocked with washing detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags & toilet paper. AC worked perfectly and a box fan is provided in every room.

What a wonderful Airbnb nestled in such a beautiful and private location. Very clean, well maintained with so many exciting amenities which we enjoyed so much including a hot tub, game room, and sauna.we especially enjoyed the extra perk of a coffee bean grinder and fresh coffee beans with a wonderful coffee station. All I can say is pack your bags!! This house was above and beyond what we expected…..you won’t be disappointed!! Super easy to find, a block off the main road and a block away from the beach. The pool was amazing, everyone will love it!!Everything was neat, clean and smelled wonderful when we walked in. The kitchen was fully stocked……we loved the waffle maker/air fryer/coffee pot/Keurig, it even had coffee, filters, creamer, seasonings, dish soap and dishwasher pods. She even provided washing pods for the laundry. The bathrooms were super clean, with lots of towels provided and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and toilet tissue. The rooms were large and spacious, beds were comfy. If you’re like me and like extra blankets while sleeping, you may want to bring a few! The top floor was the boys room and they loved the games, space and deck!! We had a fabulous time and can’t wait to come back!! Christine was fabulous, always quick to respond. Every little detail made for an amazing trip!

Absolute beautiful home with plenty of space for a large gathering. The large TVs, game room, sauna and hot tub were delightful bonus’s. We even enjoyed a bear visit one morning. I do have to say though the only true negative for our stay was the very difficult driveway access. The limited turnaround space was frustrating. Overall, an exceptional experience for our family to enjoy a mountain vacation. And, Christine was an outstanding host.

Christine’s home was very nice. The view was why we selected it and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the hot tub and games downstairs also. There isn’t really any shade outside during the summer which affected how much we could use that space, but summer is probably the slow season for the area anyways! The house was in good shape and well equipped. Few from the deck and sauna was great. Video and audio tracking on the front door made us feel very uncomfortable. Shows limited trust in customer. Very strict on the amount of cars in the parking area. Even if there would have been enough space for 6 instead of 4 cars. Late check-in (4 pm) and check-out (10 am) time. No option to place cooled groceries in the fridge prior to check-in which would have been very helpful for us.

House is a great place to stay with our family and friends for our yearly vacation. Quick walk to the beach or park at Richard Seltzer Park across the street for quick access too. House was clean, everything we needed for a convenient stay. The hosts were super responsive and always so kind. Poop was great, and we appreciate all the extras provided. Check out Fins next door. It has the best street tacos and great atmosphere. They even do worship and singing- and baptism on the beach. It was a highlight for us! Overall recommend this house for your family vacation.

We just returned from our second stay, and it was even more enjoyable than the first! This property truly feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect — safe, peaceful, and just a short walk across the street to the beach. The pool was a huge hit for everyone, especially the grandkids, who also loved playing the arcade games. We were thrilled to find it stocked with my favorite coffee and creamer — such a thoughtful touch! Everyone having their own bathroom made the stay even more comfortable, and the grill was perfect for our outdoor meals together. The neighbors were also very nice and super friendly, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. It’s hard to top a place that brings so much joy and relaxation to the entire family. Fully stocked kitchen, great wifi, and an awesome pool. Such an easy walk to the beach. Right across the road (with a crosswalk) to the beach park! Great local breakfast and lunch spot next door. Very cute neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Great value! The hosts were very responsive. Never waited more than 3 minutes for a response. The ac did get clogged but they sent a team over immediately to get it fixed and up and running!

An incredible place in a prime location, just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty to do nearby. The beds are super comfortable, and the space is large and ideal for big groups. The house is packed with great amenities, including arcade games, a pool, and an outdoor barbecue area, making it perfect for both relaxing and having fun. The only downside is the water heater: if you're with a large group, you'll need to wait about 30 minutes between showers, or else the water turns ice cold. However had a great time and would stay again!

Of course, the kids loved the downstairs area! The property is situated on a hill and offers stunning mountain views from the deck, with all the listed amenities provided. Christine promptly addressed the low supply of toilet paper and paper towels by arranging a delivery. However, the property did not feel entirely ready for Airbnb standards. On the first day, the bathrooms had a strong sulfur odor due to the water from the well, but Christine responded quickly with instructions, and the smell dissipated within a couple of hours. The kitchen fell short of the cleanliness expected from a premium listing. Additionally, there was not enough hot water to accommodate our group of 14. The bathroom sinks drained very slowly, and the trash and recycling bins were already full from the previous renters. Some messages went unanswered, as one of our guests attempted to communicate but did not receive a response. I would recommend this property if these issues are addressed in the future.

Our second time staying in a "mountain cabin." This one was by far the best though. A private location, with a great view, super quiet and picturesque. We had an amazing time and the grandkids stayed entertained with the gaming amenities every day. With three levels we all had our own private space. The place was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of towels and had access to a washer and dryer which helped keep the dirty clothes to a minimum. The kitchen was well stocked and the gas grill looked like new and worked perfectly. Overall the best place we have stayed!

Honestly a great place to stay for a week! It felt a little too crowded for 11 people, but super comfortable for 8! There are plenty of beds though! Only rated a 4 because of the space size in comparison to pricing. I’d love to rent this home again though in the future! Walking distance to beach, short drive to many stores, and when we needed some extra supplies they door dashed it to us! Only thing we didn’t really like is that the cleaners left one of the outside doors unlocked that led directly to the master bedroom. No one ended up sleeping in that room after a couple nights because we were uncomfortable with the open access. We didn’t want to waste anyone’s time to drive back to lock it. They could’ve added a lock system like all the other doors. To add, there’s a few signs that said to keep the laundry room locked because it’s a shared space? If we’re paying a few thousand dollars we don’t understand who that’s shared with. Otherwise 5/5 star stay! Thanks Christine!

Sublime Haven was a great rental. The location was perfect, we could golf cart to everything and the public beach access points weren't crowded like it is further up the strip, not to mention every year we rent a boat and we were minutes from the docks! The pool was a big hit with the kids and great for night time. We Loved the LED lights it was a vibe for sure!!! There isn't really anything bad to say about the house, only minor issues we had was sand on the beds and floors but it's Flordia so not much can be done to avoid it, not to mention that isn't on the host that's more of a houskeeping suggestion to improve on and I am sure Micheal would have addressed it immediately had I asked but like I said it was a minor issue that we fixed with a simple run through washer and dryer which I might add were fantastic and perfectly located on 2nd floor. The local neighbor and his sweet little doggie Dixie we're the kindest and a great bonus lol. Great weather, great location, great people!

We stayed for a girls weekend and had a lot of fun. The house is well decorated, the pool is great and it is located about a 5 minute walk across streets to the beach. Some suggestions would be to bring your own trash bags and hand soap. Our neighbors gave us that advice when we checked in because they also had to purchase those items. We had a back door that we had an issue with that Michael communicated well for but could not send anyone to ensure it was fixed during our stay. On checkout day we woke up to the A/C setting of 78 degrees (which we could not change) and were told that it was due to lack of movement inside (we were asleep) and that it was an auto setting that could not be changed. Overall, the home decor, pool, and location to the beach & Schooners is great. For the price, we were expecting to not purchase those items or deal with those issues for a quick trip.

We found this gem of a house when our original Airbnb canceled on us less than 3 hours before check in. This host was incredibly responsive with minimal notice. And we were lucky because this house was far superior to our original rental. We stay in a lot of rentals and this one is truly special. We loved the outdoor sauna with a view, the hot tub and game room. It made our multi-family trip fun and memorable. Communication is excellent, and they really get the details right. This property is very private, and it is a bit of a drive to restaurants, etc. But it is central to many outdoor activities such as hiking (many outstanding trails), local swimming lake, rafting, etc. We ended up cooking quite a bit to save the drive down the mountain. Kitchenware and grill are in top notch shape. The washer and dryer were not working during our stay, but the host was open and honest about this up front so we made it work. Don't hesitant to stay at this fabulous place!

We were on our way to Mexico when Hurricane Beryl interfered. We were very lucky to find this special home in Hendersonville, NC and change our plans! It turned out to be a great family vacation! Our diverse group included 3 generations, 7 adults and a toddler. The hosts have designed this home with a fun woodlands décor, lots of entertainment and a well provisioned kitchen and dining room for a big group. We enjoyed two coffee bars that were stocked with a variety of coffees and teas. The home has a second refrigerator/wet bar downstairs which was perfect for overflow drinks. Special touches included baby equipment for our toddler and an awesome game room for all ages! We had a special treat watching fireworks from the deck. It has a beautiful mountain view. The house is up the hill in a private setting, but only 15 minutes to Hendersonville. It’s a perfect fit for a family gathering or multi-family vacation!

Our family of 10 enjoyed staying at One in a Melon! The beach is just a 5min walk! We used Beach Access 2 every time, away from the bar crowds further down by Shooners. That side of the beach, closer to St. Andrew's State Park, was less crowded for sure, and totally family-friendly! I think the pool area was our favorite place to hang out at the house, especially when we couldn't go in the Gulf because of double red flags. The reasons why we didn't give this place an overall 5-star review is because the photos show the house bigger than what it actually is, especially in the living room, (though we can tell that Michael thought of everything and ensured there were enough chairs and stools for all), the lack of a fan in one of the bedrooms, a faulty fence by the pool, and some other minor details. Overall, we can tell Michael wants to spoil his guests, and we appreciated that!

We didn't mind the drive up near Pier Park area and appreciated the closeness to grocery stores and St Andrews State Park. We had an incredible stay at Michael’s “One in a Melon”! We traveled from Tennessee & it was well worth the drive. The house is so close to St. Andrews State park so we enjoyed two days there, if you’ve never been.. GO! The house was beautiful, the yard was incredible, beds were so comfortable and the fans in each room….WE LOVED! The grill, the beach wagon, sand toys, water hose at the front door and outdoor shower in the back.. there’s nothing Michael didn’t think of! The pool was a life saver when we were ready to get off the beach but still enjoy the sunny weather. We also got to PCB on a day that it was double red flags so our kids were only disappointed for a second and then they realized we had a pool! There are two Sunsations close ( you can literally see both from the house),a Dollar General a couple blocks down & Walmart is about 10ish minutes away. Beach access 7 is right across from the house but we used #11 for parking. We can’t say rave about this place enough!

If you can’t figure something out they respond promptly and were very eager to show us true value and excellent customer service! Clean, well stocked and felt so safe in the area as well. The pool with the waterfall was our whole families favorite thing! It’s a beautiful place and would absolutely recommend it and stay again when in the area! We really enjoyed this house but had a few issues upon arrival. The kitchen had fruit flies galore that Were so bad that we unfortunately couldn’t cook in the kitchen because they were sticking to our food on the counters as well as swarming us at the kitchen tables. The upper level tub was broken with hole in it and was unable to use which was supper disappointing for us with a small infant and toddler. We also had an issue with a maintenance person coming in without our knowledge while we had a sleeping baby inside and we were sitting out by pool. Overall the house is beautiful and the amenities are nice. The neighbors next to us were friendly untill the last night when they partied till about 2 am. I recommend this place but this was our true experience

The Beach access is only like a 6 minute walk. They have a beach wagon and chairs provided beside the house which was great. Very quiet street and clean. The only thing that was disappointing for us was that we paid an extra $250 to have the pool heated and it never got warm / hot during our stay. We were hoping to offset the colder temps at night with the warm pool. Unfortunately that never happened. We did message Christine about it so she was aware.
