Please respect our quiet residential area by avoiding parties, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. Sound travels far in the mountains. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

◘ STEEP & NARROW ROADS

Our cabin is high in the mountains, with steep and one-way roads. The driveway has limited space for turning around, so please drive and turn with caution.

◘ PET POLICY

Pets must be in good health, up to date with vaccinations, and free of ticks and fleas. Pets are not permitted on furniture and beds. Keep pets on a leash when outside the home. Do not leave your pets unattended inside the home. Clean up after your pets and ensure the house remains free of pet-related dirt and refuse.

◘ WELL WATER & SEPTIC SYSTEM

The cabin uses well water, safe for drinking and cooking. Please conserve water. Only flush toilet paper, and avoid pouring oil, grease, or chemicals down the drain.

◘ INTERNET SERVICE

We offer Starlink internet with speeds up to 250 Mbps. Speed may vary due to weather conditions and usage. No cable service is available.

◘ BEARS & WILD ANIMALS

Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Stay cautious and aware of your surroundings.

◘ NATURE REMINDER

Despite pest control, our mountain cabin may have insects, bees, spiders, and rodents. If this is a concern, please consider alternative accommodations.

Guests must sign the vacation rental agreement. By signing, guests acknowledge and agree to all policies, terms, and conditions. Failure to sign will result in booking cancellation.
