Guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, which includes a private balcony exclusively for their use. It is important to note that as a duplex, the central balconies and courtyard are shared common areas with the adjacent unit.

GRAND LAGOON

The east end of Panama City Beach places you in the Grand Lagoon area where the beach is just a short walk and you have easy access to access untouched nature plus outstanding dining and attractions. With the Grand Lagoon region being known as the Gateway to the Gulf, it’s only fitting for you to stay in a location where you can truly appreciate this water wonderland.

STATE PARK

Visit one of the best state parks Florida has to offer. Saint Andrews State Park is the perfect place to swim, snorkel or surf while on vacation. Visitors can stroll through the different trails and along the beautiful dunes. There is an $8 entry fee which allows you access to the park until sunset.

DOLPHIN TOURS

One of the most popular attractions is the different dolphin tours available. Choose between a variety of tour boats that take visitors out on the water to see these magical creatures up close.

WATER ACTIVITIES

You will find no shortage of water activities to do while in PCB. Hop on a pontoon boat to Shell Island, take a surf lesson from pros, or rent a clear bottom kayak for an illuminating after-dark experience.

BUS

Public transportation runs Monday through Saturday through the Bay Town Trolley bus system. Bay Town Trolley provides an affordable and reliable way to travel.

BOAT RENTALS

My favorite way to get around is by boat! There is no better way to see what PCB has to offer than to rent a boat and explore the Gulf of Mexico. Down the street off the lagoon, there are many operators that can provide you with the perfect rental to meet your needs.

GOLF CART RENTALS

Golf carts can be a great way to get around the city. You can rent one and take it to the beach, grab food, or cruise the strip.

◘ RENTAL AGREEMENT

To finalize your reservation, we require a signed rental agreement. This confirms you understand and agree to all policies. Without it, the booking will be canceled.

◘ TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel Insurance is highly recommended: There are NO REFUNDS for transportation disruptions, event cancellation, unexpected illness or injury, weather or natural conditions, jury duty or court appearances, or any unforeseen events beyond our control or responsibility.

◘ QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD

We're in a peaceful residential area—please help us keep it that way! No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior. Sound carries easily by the beach, especially at night. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

◘ NO SMOKING OR VAPING

For everyone's comfort, smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property—including balconies, driveway, yard, or around the pool.

◘ NO PETS ALLOWED

Pets are not allowed. Please do not book and then ask to bring one. Service animals are, of course, welcome. Emotional support animals are not service animals per ADA guidelines. Misrepresentation of a pet as a service animal is illegal and will be reported.

◘ NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR VISITORS

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Visitors must be approved in advance. At no time may the number of people on the property—including visitors—exceed the maximum occupancy limit.

◘ STARTER SUPPLIES

We’ve stocked the home with a starter kit of laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, and toiletries to get you going. For longer stays, you might need to pick up a few extras.

◘ BAY COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. Any sound audible from 200 feet away or inside a neighboring closed home between 10 PM and 7 AM is prohibited. Violations may result in fines or legal penalties—which are the guest’s responsibility.

◘ SEPTIC SYSTEM

Our beach house uses a septic system. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, grease, oil, or chemicals down the drains. It helps keep everything running smoothly!

◘ TRASH SERVICE

Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday mornings. Please bag all trash and roll the bin to the curb the night before to avoid being missed.

◘ BEACH SAFETY

For your safety and to protect local wildlife, please follow the beach flag warning system, rip current alerts, and sea turtle protection guidelines. Double red flags mean the beach is closed—violations may result in fines or legal penalties, which are the guest’s responsibility.

◘ POOL RULES

There is no lifeguard on duty—please swim at your own risk. Rinse off before entering. No food, glass, pets, diving, running, or rough play allowed. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Do not tamper with pool equipment or the pool alarm.

◘ POOL HEATING

Pool heating is available from October through April, set to 85°F. It’s $100 per day and must be arranged and paid for before check-in.

◘ GAS GRILL

Feel free to fire up the grill! We provide one propane tank. If you need more during your stay, you’ll need to purchase additional propane locally. Please use the grill safely and responsibly.

◘ ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER

A Grizzl-E Level 2 (240V / 40A) Electric Vehicle (EV) charger is available for guest use at no additional cost. Please bring the appropriate adapter for your specific vehicle. Use the charger only as intended and at your own risk.
